Meet the Maker

Hi, I'm Liz - the creator of Harmony. I started the business in 2019 as a way of being creative and managing my anxiety and depression, and it has gone from strength to strength!

I have a strong presence at local markets and beyond and am launching the Harmony website in 2025.
